Green Valley Villages

We moved here in 2016 and did not realize that most of the community are renters, then they actually built a bunch of rentals across from homeowners which bought crimes. Then they build expensive single family homes and split the HOA. The grass is miskept at the new builds the old builds are in disrepair and the cops keep having to be called out to the rentals. It had potential but investors and the home owners management company have treated it like a money grab without actually protecting their investments or upkeeping it. There is trash everywhere all the time and no playground. The pool is in bad shape and the HOA have no desire to improve or add these things to the neighborhood.
