Heritage at Vizcaya

We had been looking for a community where we could down size for around two years. Once we drove into Heritage at Vizcaya we knew this was it. We were so impressed with the selection of houses and lot sizes, and it didn't take us long to find that right house and lot. Now after one year we couldn't be happier. The house is perfect, and we have a new list of friends to do life with.

Postive: A great place to live for couples and singles. Very easy to fit in as many activities and clubs are available. Great walking trails and common areas are well cared for. Easy access from both Toll 130 and IH35 . Negative: HOA Fees that continue to rise for no obvious reason

We started looking into areas about 2 years prior to retiring, with plans to wait until retirement to build our new home. After finding Heritage and model that we fell in love with and several months of weekly visits to the community, we made the move prior to retiring. Why did our plans changes? The Community! The more we toured and starting meeting residents, we knew this was the place for us. Having been residents for 1.5 years, we continue say this was the BEST decision we ever made! Very pleased with the quality and service we received from Taylor Morrison and the can only say positive things about the REAL SENSE OF COMMUNITY we have here at Vizcaya!!

I am a new homeowner here in Heritage at Vizcaya. I have had the pleasure of selling homes here in Heritage for the past 2.5 years. At first, I wasn't sure about a 55+ Active Adult community. However, that quickly changed once I had the opportunity to meet our homeowners, and have the privilege of helping so many wonderful individuals purchase their home here in Heritage. Seeing our homeowners create a real sense of community was a critical factor in my decision to build a home here as well. And of course the community is developed and built by Taylor Morrison. I am so pleased to now be a part of this amazing community.
