Heritage Lakes

The breathtaking Heritage Lakes clubhouse sits at the center of the community, serving as an amenity center for the whole community. The clubhouse is the perfect place for residents to relax and enjoy themselves while surrounded by friends and neighbors. Here, residents can enjoy lounges, a ballroom, billiards room, craft room, and fitness center. Outdoors, the community has one of the more unique golf amenities found in the area. Located on islands throughout the community's private lake are three golf practice areas, each featuring putting greens and bunkers, and accessible via a series of scenic bridges. The community also boasts a beautiful lap pool and spa as well as a large, sprawling lazy river with cabanas and patios along each bend. The community also boasts fishing lakes for residents to enjoy. There is also the Lakes Tennis Academy. A membership to the academy gives residents access to tennis courts, a ball machine, league play, and an additional pool and lounge. Heritage Lakes falls within the Lewisville Independent School District, with students attending either Tom Hicks Elementary School, Arbor Creek Middle School, or Hebron High School.
