Overall nice community w/ great potential

Overall nice community with amazing potential! Communities has great walking space and room to possibly develop more things. Homeowners Association should come together and make this potential realized. Many hands to help make the load light!

Overpopulated amenities

better community R
Hollowstone subdivision has a major concern for the community. The days have been super hot, 90+ degrees and everyone has the same mindset as myself, "let’s go to the pool“. Well, the idea is unrealistic. The pool is constantly packed to capacity. There is no seating available for people to sit, everything is usually already occupied. And literally there is no space in to pool to even move around. We have so many more houses that are being built. And unfortunately, more houses mean more people added to the community. There have been several requests for additional amenities in the community but there has been no luck. There needs to be a bigger pool. There needs a taller fence and a better lock for the fence. There is space that is being unused where the pool area is. No one uses the little playground that is there because it's too small. The playgroung looks like it will accommodate maybe 2-3 toddlers and there is no where for parents to sit while their kid plays. There is land that’s being cleared out to build new home. They need to either have the current pool area renovated, building a bigger pool, perhaps adding a clubhouse and a better playground for the kids maybe with a swing set, some shady area, seating for parents and a bigger slide that will actually accommodate school age kids. Or they need to add a brand new community clubhouse/amenities area (tennis court, Bigger pool, bigger playground) in one of the open spaces that have been cleared for building new homes. Whatever it is, something has to be done.
