One of the most popular attractions in Elgin is the Grand Victoria Riverboat Casino, which offers live music and entertainment to the citizens and visitors from all over the state. Elgin is also home to numerous music and performing groups, including the Elgin Symphony Orchestra and the Janus Theatre Company.
