Layton Lakes

Layton Lakes is home to a wealth of amenities that residents regularly take advantage of. The Layton Lake Private Park is a gem of a park. Right along the edge of one of the main lakes is a large ramada that overlooks the water. Adjacent to this is a scenic picnic area complete with tables and BBQs. On-site is a large playground with lots of features, another picnic ramada, a sand volleyball court, and ample, open greenspace. The Layton Lakes Field is another collection of amenities that suits those looking for sport. The park contains two baseball fields, a basketball court, a soccer field, a playground, and a ramada. This collection of amenities is complimented by another park that's across the community containing a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, an open greenspace suitable for soccer, a playground, and a ramada. The Tennis Courts at Layton Lakes feature two tennis courts, as well as a playground and a picnic ramada. Additional parks are found all over the neighborhoods with many of them containing playgrounds, ramadas, and open green space. Some area parks also have splash pads which are great assets for kids to beat the heat. An extensive network of trails connects the parks while providing residents with a scenic outlet for walks and jogs around the community. There are also equestrian trails for those who enjoy the occasional horseback ride.
