My son recently graduated from this school and he had a great experience. He was in the ALPS program and made some great friends. Teachers were great and very involved, and they have a great music program. For us it was a great experience and my son never had any issues there.

HORRIBLE SCHOOL !!!! The principal and assistant principal doesn't do anything to stop the bullying that goes on in this school. If your child is different or doesn't wear name brand clothing he or she will be picked on severely. Parents please reconsider enrolling your child into this school. THE BULLYING HAS GOT TO STOP!!!!! It's ashamed that the kids that just want to go to school to learn and make friends have to be the onces to have to go to a different school because this school allows the bullies to keep getting away with this.

My husband and I have had both of our children attend Crestwood Middle School as part of the PEAKS program, led by the phenomenal Mary Moly eux. What I especially appreciate about the school is the diversity in the student body, culturally, ethnically and socioeconomically. The school is truly a microcosm of society, which is an asset in our current global marketplace. We no longer live in a monolithic world and the sooner we embrace this truism for our children the better prepared they will be for the future.

My kids attented Crestwood 6-8th, but I will never send another child to this school. The principal does not help resolve issues, the asst. principal does absolutely nothing, the students are horrid, and the teachers are average. Only a few outstanding teachers. The PEAKS program which is housed there to bring up the school's test scores, is the only good thing about the school-aside from the dingbat elderly woman who runs PEAKS. It is time for who ever is in charge to gut the school and start over. The bullies have taken over the school and even the teachers and administrators are scared to stand up to them and their parents. My children now attend East Grand Rapids and we are MUCH happier there. I am sorry to have put all my children through such a horrifying experience. NEVER AGAIN!
