Growing, and fast!

Collin B
Near south side has been expanding at such a fast pace. The construction of the new DePaul stadium has spurred a lot of development in the area and started to bring new business further south. There are some real restaurant gems in Flo & Santos, Gioco, La Cantina and Vice City Brewery. Great area for younger couples who enjoy an active lifestyle - having the lake front path so close provides a lot of miles to run/bike, tailgating for Bears games and many other Soldier field events throughout the year.
