Entrance and grounds that potential buyers might see are very well maintained. Once you purchase in one of the maintenance free (Providence II) areas forget it. You either do the lawn/shrub work yourself or hire someone to do it and you still pay your very high and rising HOA fee. Been here 5 1/2 years and the constant building and not adding full amenities, has made it very difficult to use the existing amenities. Think before you buy.

I sit on my front porch and watch the cars and golf carts go by. 9 out of 10 do not stop at the stop sign. We have seen people walking their dogs almost get hit. If you value your life do not move here. There is a lack of respect by these people.

Purchased in Providence 4 years ago and remodeled. Plan on retiring next fall. We visit every opportunity. Our neighbors are terrific, Customer service has been outstanding. We have lived in every time zone in the US and we have never been as pleased and satisfied as we are in OTOW. We have found peace and tranquillity in an absolutely beautiful setting. Best of the Best in our humble but well traveled opinion! Could not be more pleased!!!

I have lived here for quite a few years. I have seen a decline in how OTOW maintains it's community. Leaves are falling, increased risk for falls. They blow leaves back on to yards and in to gardens. They smoke and throw the butts on our lawns. They won't allow us to cut down trees in front, but they don't keeps us safe from leaves covering did repaired roads. If I wasn't at this stage of life and health I would move. I would not consider this community if you are looking.
