Parkway Lakes

Please take this review to heart, I wish would have read a review like this prior to purchasing my home in Parkway Lakes, I would have never purchased it! I am a business owner and have lived in my home for 10+ years and have NEVER once been able to say a positive thing about Real Management or our HOA. They do not hold residences accountable to the deed restrictions or keep our the communicate respectable. If you drive around our development you will see holiday decorations up all year, trash cans everywhere, broken fences, cars or flatbed/large work trucks (somedays you can’t drive down the road and rally can walk on the sidewalks), broken or extremely dented garage doors, basketball nets in the road, and lawns that look like a fields with overgrown trees. Plus, they discriminate, I submitted a request to complete the same thing as my neighbor and was denied – however my neighbor still has theirs in place and no actions have been done for it to be removed! I have even gone to Real Management office and HOA meetings, still no results. It’s sad when you go to a community event and you hear how bad it is where you live, there are some good residents living in Parkway Lakes that deserves so much better; we pay $941.62 a year in dues. PLEASE think about what I have shared and if you can find another development not run by Real Management, because for example… there is another development right next to me that Real Management does not oversee, and it is SO nice!
