Pelican Bay is a great beachfront community with tons of great amenities. We looked at resales for 6 months before finally finding the perfect one. It's been completely remodeled and was ready for us to just move right in. A few coats of paint and some new furniture is all we've done! The beaches are very nice and the community tram system is very convenient. I wouldn't have thought we would use it that much but we do! Naples has everything you could want and Bonita Springs is also nearby. We're very happy here!

Very nice place to live. They have tons of activities to keep everyone busy and have 3 restaurnts in the community for when you don't feel like cooking. The gym is great and we love the constantly fresh landscaping they put in all the time.
