Pinecrest

I really like this neighborhood. It is full of trees and plants. The houses are perfectly sized and aren't too gaudy. No McMansions. All houses are well kept. It's a little funky too which is nice; 3 residents have abstract art sculptures in their yard and a few more have string lights in their trees. Yards are well kept. The location of the neighborhood has to be one of the best in the city. It's less than 1 mile from I-440, it's less than 2 miles from North Hills, Wegman's, Trader Joe's, tons of restaurants, and if course Duke Raleigh is basically in my backyard. I really like this neighborhood.
