Providence Hills

Providence Hills is a gem of a neighborhood. With a Pool, playground, tennis courts and mature landscaping, it's an all in one package with a low HOA fee. They have around 10 events a year with is mostly done for families. These include pool parties, an Easter egg hunt, a holiday party that includes carriage ride, hot chocolate and more. The current residents here take pride is taking care of their homes and yards. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants are very close by. People here are just really nice, caring and helpful. One aspect that I love is that this neighborhood is large enough to have wonderful amenities but small enough that your voice and concerns are heard. There are a total of 256 homes, and none of them last too long once put on the market. If you are interested in this neighborhood, they have an Instagram page with lots of lots of insight info.
