A lot of good (and not so good) about this community. Nice facilities, friendly people and reasonably priced homes. The greenery that you can see from the main streets are well maintained. Here's the not so nice: Greenbelt paths in the developed sections look terrible. I think this is the only community in the City of Maricopa that has dirt paths., which look nice until the lawn sprinklers turn on and everything turns to mud. When trees die they are rarely replaced. Want a ticket to an event? Pre-covid, you had to queue-up at 4:00 am to get one. The community is being quickly built-out and soon the facilities will be way over-crowded once that happens. The high HOAs wouldn't really bother me but I really feel the maintenance is suffering in this community.

First HOA community I’ve lived in, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The HOA really has our best interests at heart. They communicate often and well; they inform us immediately about news and issues. The community is beautiful and safe. Fantastic amenities. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Very impressed by the clubhouse and pool here. Very good value for the money.

We love it here. Yes, the sewer/water bill is high, and cell coverage leaves something to be desired, but we couldn’t be happier. We have met so many friendly and fun people. There are activities for everyone and you truly can be as busy as you want to be. Many residents freely offer their expertise in tennis, pickleball, dancing, bocce ball, exercise, etc for those who are interested. The grounds and clubhouse are beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is helpful. Maricopa has everything you need on a day to day basis, with Chandler offering tons of shopping and restaurants only 20 miles away. We are very satisfied with our decision.
