Rita Ranch

Residents at Rita Ranch enjoy a wonderful collection of amenities near the community's center at Purple Heart Park. The park features four different baseball diamonds that are well spaced so as to cater to multiple games at once comfortably. There's a sand volleyball court and two soccer fields, one full-sized and one junior-sized. The skate park is a huge asset to any skateboarders, rollerbladers, scooters, and BMX bikers. It's well maintained and has good visibility so it's a safe outlet. There are multiple playground structures around the park as well as trails that wind all throughout. Dog-owners rejoice--Ivan's Spot Dog Park is a virtual haven for your four-legged friends. It has enclosed areas as well as shade structures and tons of room to run and play. There is, of course, a water source on-site for cooling down after fun in the sun. Residents also benefit from the same perks of a small town. There's a local fire department, post office, and three schools. There are commercial areas as well so citizens of Rita Ranch never need to stray too far to run errands.
