Rosedale

The central hub of activity in Rosedale is The Resort, the community’s spacious clubhouse and recreation center. The Resort features a two-acre community recreation center and a large clubhouse with a meeting room, kitchen, offices, and storage. The Resort also includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, a Junior Olympic pool and spa, kid’s wading pool, an outdoor fireplace, barbecue area, and open greenspaces for volleyball games, community gatherings, picnics, and social events. Rosedale is also known for its endless parks and trails, and nearly every home within the community is just a few steps away from a local park. Promenade Park is one of Rosedale’s signature amenities. This 5.5-acre park offers plenty of open space for residents to enjoy. Some of the park’s facilities include lighted youth sports fields, basketball and multi-use courts, overhead shade pavilion, open turf play area, community stage and gathering area, running trails, and picnic tables. There are also several parks throughout the community, each offering a variety of scenic trails, playgrounds, and picnic areas with ample seating.
