San Tan Heights

The residents at San Tan Heights take advantage of many perks within the community. The parks also have shaded ramadas which are perfect for escaping the Arizona sun and picnics. There are greenbelts all around the community with over six miles of trails. The greenbelts and trails offer great opportunity for exploring the area while spacing out development and giving homes and residents room to breathe. There are even trails that go beyond the community for those who enjoy long hikes and rustic terrain. Some of the parks offer sand volleyball and basketball courts as well as an open greenspace that is ideal for soccer, tag football, or just plain fun in the sun. Residents also use the spaces for community events and general gatherings like BBQs and celebrations. The main parks like Mountain Vista Community Park also boast ample parking.
