We love our place in The Village at Anthem. We like that there are rules so that people are held accountable for their property, their dogs, and the community areas. The Village is our second home and we always enjoy our time there. The people are friendly and the overall property is well maintained.

You Will Regret Buying a Condo at Serenity Villas at Anthem Condos

Promoting the pool maintenance guy to property manager is what you get for your 300.00 a month in HOA fees. From doing pool maintenance to managing 150,000 a month in HOA fees, this was the most experienced person they could find for the job. They bought a GoPro Camera to monitor your activities, and put a DOG up to the task, as I discovered one night at 1:30 a.m. coming home late from the airport. The dog had the camera around its neck and looked scared to death, with no human nearby to manage the dog, which is a violation of their own rules. The unattended dog who approached me with that camera on its neck was lucky it wasn't attacked in self-defense. This is how dumb the management is. They put up hand written and very trashy looking and tacky signs targeting certain areas and specific neighbors and telling you to turn in your neighbors to the HOA for pet waste, so they can make an easy extra hundred bucks to fine you while they are doing nothing. It's easy to impose a fine if a neighbor turns them in, so this way they don't have to do their jobs. Their job should rather be to organize pool parties and barbecues to promote a friendly community. This place is run by hostile losers, and they are looking for ways to violate you for anything, while lying through their teeth and mismanaging the property. Check their accounting and their bookeeping, and you will find out after attending just one of their meetings that they are crooked and unethical. Keep looking for a better property!! Don't buy there.
