Incredible master planned neighborhood

This place really has it all. A private golf club, gorgeous community center for the residents, and really close to all the shopping and dining you need. Homes are newer in some areas and at the back there are some amazing custom homes. Great spot!

As a Seville resident since 2004, there is no place else I would rather live! This is a gorgeous, tuscan-themed community complete with Gilbert's only private golf course, Boleros Restaurant, community center with state-of-the-art gym, fitness room, multiple swimming pools, water slides, tennis courts, playgrounds, and so much more. My kids attend Riggs Elementary in the center of the community, which is a wonderful and highly ranked school. There is truly something for everyone!
