WORST HOA IN THE WORLD- SERIOUSLY

Home values are lower than average in this neighborhood for a reason. The HOA is a joke and you pay monthly fees just to fund a group that fines you for insignificant and ridiculous things like showing your trashcan but lets everyone break the law, impede traffic, and cause undue hardship for neighbors getting into and out of their driveways. It is "illegal" to park more than 4 cars in your driveway, but there are hundreds of cars parked along the side of the road, in the middle of the road, and blocking driveways here every single day. Homes are filled with 10+ tenants adding to the problem. Management, if you can call it that, exerts extremely poor leadership, does not take responsibility for the duty of enforcement or customer service, and illegally retaliates against anyone who bothers them with any legitimate issues. Moving out is an expensive and drastic remedy to this nightmare, but was my family's only option for peace and safety. Save yourself headache, bad neighbors, and awful management and use extreme caution before considering this neighborhood, or really my best advice is do not move here!
