Good if you have no kids and enjoy traffic

Beautiful area, quality amenities, but Steiner Ranch is known for young drivers going 75+mph in a 45mph zone. Multiple times I've seen people driving 50+ in active school zones (including sheriffs. Note: school zones are 20mph..) not a good place to live if you have children. Extreme levels of traffic to and from the neighborhood on a daily basis. Multiple wrecks around the area every week (if not, several times a week) If you want to live in a large, overpriced home on a very small lot, this is the place for you! Steiner Ranch resident for 5+ years, posted late 2018.
