I am getting a lot more here for my money than anywhere else I have looked in the Bay Area. Coming from the Midwest, it is hard to adjust to the "sticker-shock" but Summerset gave me a beautiful home in a safe community. Something I didn't realize I could get with my Midwest dollars and cents. Right on the golf course with gated entry?! The clubs and activities-- A real bonus!
Good location close to all the things you actually need like the grocery stores and such. My home is right on the golf course so I've got really great views. There is plenty to do in the community plus a lot of perks in the surrounding areas too. I didn't plan to just stay in my community all the time so I like the location here and other things to see and do.
