Sunrise Bay

Been living here for almost 20 years. I love it. Everything about it is wonderful. The clubhouse has great programs as bd classes. The holidays are always festive. Fir people without family it’s s blessing. Will continue to live here.

Reasonable prices and fees compared to other communities. Nice amenities and good HOA maintenance of the grounds. Recommend.

Very nice grounds and pool and tennis and all amenities are kept up nicely. The fees are more reasonable than some others too. The houses are nice too and people say pretty good things about the HOA so that’s a big plus to know! The feedback is a huge help to us seniors looking for the best community choice to retire! Nice houses, good value and nicely maintained grounds with flowers and nice landscaping everywhere. The recreation amenities are well done and it looks like a country club’s grounds. Plus the fees are lower than some others. So the hoa must be doing a good job keeping it up. The pool and club house looks beautiful, but of course they’re not open right now. We’re pretty sure this is going to be the one for us 😄
