Sunset Heights South
Fort Worth, Texas Homes for Sale
About Sunset Heights South
Sunset Heights South is one of several residential communities that make up the Arlington Heights neighborhood of Fort Worth. It is comprised of single-family homes on a low hill with gracefully curving streets and large shade trees. Home prices tend to be lower than most of Arlington Heights but higher than the nearby Como community.
Public transportation is limited to a bus line that runs along Hulen Street, so residents primarily rely on their cars to get around. South Hi Mount Elementary, Tanglewood Elementary, Stripling Middle School, and Arlington Heights High School are the closest schools and are a few minutes drive from the community. Shopping, retail services and entertainment are also a short drive on Hulen Street in either direction. Lake Como Park is on Sunset Heights South’s northwest corner. It features a lovely lake and picnic area, a playground and tennis courts.
