This is a great community. You will always find people who complain. The pool is beautiful and people are very friendly. Very happy to be here.

This is a great place to live there are his rules but not hard to follow , just meant to keep place looking nice. All new homes have a few little problems but they fix them before you move in and you have a year warranty for anything else . We are so happy to live here great neighborhood.

Was a nice neighborhood at one point, now it's noisy, the other residents, especially the elder community are rude and have a serious gossiping problem. Like pools? Watch out, our new committee might come and try to control your fun, enforcing rules you never agreed to. (I pay for our community pool, yet I come back every few months to find new rule changes. The immaturity level among the elder residents is worse than what you expect from an elementary school classroom. Construction workers begin their work at 8:00am, eliminating your chance to sleep past 8. This neighborhood was once a nice place to live... However, backward rules/policies, rude/childish adult residents, loud and noisy construction every single morning, and finally, if you get your house built in this neighborhood, prepare yourself, you'll be making repairs left and right a mere six months after moving in. Lack of building experience is pretty obvious when after only a year and a half of living in a brand new home, I've spent thousands of dollars on repairs.
