We have been here a year and a half and are very happy 😃friendly people pretty grounds nice activities.

I laugh at some of these bad reviews where residents are unhappy about the monthly maintenance fee?? Really?? $225 a month, take care of the grounds, pool, snow removal an updated clubhouse and newly redone streets and courts and fixed all sidewalks. Someone always picks up the phone or emails back. I guess the people complaining have never belong to another association when they to you they double that amount for less in return.

We have lived here since April 2018 and this community has improved very well. Entire community has been paved, they do a great job clearing the snow and the landscaping is acceptable. People are very friendly, it’s quiet and grounds are clean and neat. Board has been doing a great job. Red complaints on some other reviews and it’s hilarious what people write when they have nothing else to do or are miserable by nature. To us Surrey Downs is a little piece of heaven :)
