Keeps getting better! Tons of new growth

Matt S
This neighborhood is in the middle of a total turn-around. The city has invested a ton of money into the new waterworks park (which has an amazing splash park for kids). The "Heights Project" is just now beginning and will transform this neighborhood into a walkable neighborhood with access to the water. Ulele is one of the most recent restaurants opened by the owners of the famous Columbia restaurant and the latest plans show developers turning to old trolly barn into a food market!
