The Magnolias

We have lived in The Magnolias for three and a half years and loved it! The changing seasons are right outside our large glass door and the birds and other wildlife keep us entertained. Great neighbors, quiet (except for temporary freeway construction), close to shopping, freeways, attractions, beautiful walking trails and not far from downtown Greensboro. The HOA keeps up the homes and surrounding landscape. We have enjoyed a good relationship the the HOA when we've had questions or needed help with outside concerns. We are only moving now bc we need a single story without stairs. We are sure the new resident will enjoy this home as much as we have.
