The Townes At Maryland Hall

The landlord and property management company for the rental houses at the Townes at Maryland Hall are completely unresponsive, inefficient and avoid all landlord responsibilities. The tenants have faced issues with rodents, fines from the HOA for parking in their own spots, and non-responsive maintenance requests. The rodent problem was never resolved as the landlord wouldn't pay for extermination and probably still to this day as a huge rodent issue in the townhomes. I would avoid these properties as Jeff Carraway clearly doesn't care about his tenants and they only want your rent money.
