Tierra Verde

We have lived at Tierra Verde in Delray Beach for several years. It is close to Atlantic Avenue where there is a ton of restaurants and shopping. It is also very close to I95 to jump on and go south to Fort Lauderdale Airport or North to PBI airport. The location is wonderful on 10 pristine acres of land. The shopping around that neighborhood is awesome. It is a safe, quiet, clean neighborhood located around everything you could want to enjoy life. Including of course the Beach. I like that I have plenty of parking and also a garage. My unit is spacious overlooking the lake. Also, they allow pets there. I love the basketball, tennis courts and volleyball courts and resort style pool. The clubhouse is gorgeous and they have an office that I from time to time have used. The gym is very nice and I have met some wonderful neighbors there also. Needless to say I think this place is really awesome. Joanne and Steve work at the main office and they have always answered my questions very quickly. The HOA is another great reasons to love it here. It is low especially for a gated community with all these amenities.
