Jack Anderson Elementary STEM School

This school is awful. Unless you would appreciate your child to be subjected to bullying without interference of staff and principals, I recommend trying Station Camp Elementary first at least. Save yourself the trouble. The academic program is great, but I don’t think it’s worth your child’s happiness and innocence.

From the moment we stepped foot inside the doors at Jack Anderson Elementary, we knew we were home. You can instantly see the joy on the children's faces as they walk through the halls. This is a direct result of the wonderful teachers who encourage and nurture their students - and they make learning FUN! Principal Dr. Ashley Aldridge is a brilliant and purposeful leader who truly empowers her teachers and staff. Her commitment to excellence is incomparable and she is always looking for new means to further strengthen the school - whether it be new technologies, educational tools or campus upgrades. JAE is a STEM accredited school and those principles foster an incredibly collaborative and supportive environment. The kids thrive because they are given the freedom and opportunity to express their individuality and creativity. Our daughter, who can sometimes be shy, comes home each day with excitement and a tenacity for learning. And bottom line, that's what it's all about - knowing your child is in the best hands possible and is afforded the very best education. We feel very lucky to be part of the Jack Anderson family.

Our experience at JAE has been wonderful. We are fairly new to the area and had previously homeschooled. We were a little nervous putting our kids back into the public school system, but all of those fears have since subsided. Every day our kids come home excited about school and eager to share their experiences. The emphasis on STEM has also given our kids a sense of what will be required of them as they continue to grow and develop.

Jack Anderson is our home away from home! My children feel loved and supported there. Our PTO goes above and beyond to get the very best for our students and staff. My best friends work and volunteer there. And when I get to see the pure joy on a child's face when new material "clicks", I am overwhelmed with happiness! JAE truly is the best school!
