If you are looking for a community whose residents feel that the rules do not apply to them and an HOA that fails to enforce them ... then this is the right place for you! Children are allowed to play tennis and basketball in the streets regardless of balls hitting your car in your driveway, parents allow their kids to dump toys, bikes, balls, and leave their trash all over the streets and common grass areas, you are constantly dodging kids on bikes riding all over the community (even in the dark and you almost hit them), seeing gaudy holiday decorations that residents leave up all year round, sitting on your nice balcony only to be in constant view of several neighbors using the space under their balcony for unsightly storage, and not being able to leave your community in the mornings because of the huge backup of double parked cars while waiting for the morning busses.
