Tres Belle

I have lived here for almost 10 years. Very happy with my home as well as the park like setting in the community. Neighbors are very respectful and friendly.

I lived in Tres Belle for 4 years and had nothing but a positive experience. Neighbors help each other out , the community is extremely well maintained and the HOA has an open line of communication with the residents. It's really a great place to live and despite the comments in prior reviews it is family friendly!

Grumpy, old, arrogant people. Do not purchase in this community!!

This community that is supposedly family friendly is not. The HOA is self serving and full of over 60's-70's something's and have no interest in serving the community as a whole. They change the HOA rules as they see fit and instruct the property management company to issue fines and letters cconstantly. In the 8 years my family and I have lived their we have had 4-5 different management companies, they get fired when not issuing a enough fine letters. Families have been leaving the community over the last 18 months (At least 4 that I know of) and now Tres Belle is 90% over 55 years of age. The community is a non-diverse community so if you are a minority or have kids don't bother looking, you feel out of place! WASP or bust!
