The Trinity Falls Amenity Center provides fantastic recreational and social facilities that allow residents to have fun, mingle, and relax. Some of the current amenities include a resident-only clubhouse, open-air pavilion with fireplace, club room, event lawn, beach-entry pool, kids splash area, tricycle racetrack, playscapes, trails, and neighborhood parks with open fields for kickball, softball, soccer, or football games. The development will also allow residents to enjoy a rural setting thanks to its 450 acres of open space. The centerpiece of this outdoor area will be the 300-acre Trinity Falls BB Owen Park. This natural park along the East Fork of the Trinity River will offer miles of trails and green space along the wooded river frontage. Future outdoor recreational facilities will include 20 miles of hiking and biking trails, picnic pavilions, play fields, a butterfly garden, disc golf course, an amphitheater overlooking a lake, canoe and kayak launch, and fishing piers. Trinity Falls will also be home to an onsite McKinney fire and EMS facility as well as three McKinney ISD elementary schools, each with adjoining 8-acre parks.

The outstanding community with great neighbors, and much more!!!!

My husband and I had looked for a great community with great schools. Since my kids' ages are all over, from 13, 8 and 3. Trinity Falls offer so many exciting events for different age groups throughout the year. Especially in summer, they throw fun events for not just for the kids but for adults too!!!! We spent 1st year in this community and we fell in love with neighbors' kids and events, etc... I can't think of any other neighborhoods in North Texas offer these opportunities. Also, the neighbors!!! Every single person I've met are so nice and kind!!! Also HELPFUL!!!! Love this community!!! Also my 13 year old son and 8 year old daughter attending Naomi and Johnson MS, they love their peers and teachers!!!! My son has ADD and not really care much around him until we moved into the community. He made friends and told me a few times he likes his new home. Tears in my eyes! Same things to my daughter, she seems know everyone in the community and at school. LOL
