The breathtaking Dutch colonial-style Tucker Hill Residents Club serves as an amenity and activity hub to its residents. At 2,300 square feet of indoor space and a 1,400 square-foot covered outdoor patio, the clubhouse is the perfect place to meet with neighbors and friends. Here, residents can enjoy lounges, a serving bar, an indoor café kitchen with pass-through window, reception spaces, bookable multi-purpose rooms, patio space, and grilling areas. The club is also where residents can find Tucker Hill's resort-style pool with zero entry and an interactive area with splash fountains, as well as the community's new fitness center. The Tucker Hill community also takes its details very seriously, including many unique horticultural elements all over the community, from shaped shrubberies to natural archways and multicolored flowerbeds. Residents can enjoy these particular perks at one of the community's many parks, gardens, and trails, which include amenities like playgrounds, fire pits, ponds, creeks, and acres of natural spaces, as well as the Lawn Chair Amphitheater, where the community hosts events and concerts. Students at Tucker Hill are serviced by the Prosper Independent School District, including schools such as John A Baker Elementary School, Lorene Rogers Middle School, and Prosper High School.
