Rooster Springs Elementary School

My daughter is in 1st grade. We have loved our time at this school so far and look forward to our younger children learning here too! My daughter has had amazing teachers, and I have been very impressed with the administration. We love Rooster Springs!

We moved into the school district at the beginning of the 2016-17 school year when my children were in first, fourth, and fifth grades. The transition was an easy one thanks to the teachers and administration. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel at home (greeted by Molly who always has a smile and kind words). The teachers are engaged and the students seem to really love being there. We're grateful to have ended up here!

Great school, they promote education & learning balance. Really push integrity and striving to be your best. It's been a great school especially coming from AISD. My sons grades have improved drastically (in a harder school) & the kids as a whole are more respectful.

This is a fine school if your family fits the profile of one from the 1950's. Bring in a little diversity or (what is elsewhere) common family situations, and it is a different story. My daughter is not Caucasian and I've noticed subtle racism. We are doing our best to finish out the year and then will move.
