Just moved in to our new condo at Vineyards and love it. Our place is right on the water with a golf course view, open floor plan, completely redone and it was a great deal at just over $200k. We've only been living here for a couple weeks so we have not used many of the amenities yet (too busy unpacking) but we have been enjoying walking through the community just getting used to where everything is located. The larger homes here are really nice. Everything is very well maintained and landscaped everywhere you look.

There are actually trees in this place. Not one of those places where they only have a few here or there. I love driving in and seeing the canopy of trees over a lot of the streets. The other thing I found here that I could not find in other neighborhoods was large yards. It isn't the newest neighborhood but that is why I feel at home here. The Publix is right around the corner and there are tons of places to eat within a couple minutes. Absolutely love this place.
