So much to look forward to, walking trails, pool with club house. I am glad I got in when I did. They are just beginning to start building the pool and the club house, my grands will be old enough to enjoy.

The neighborhood homes and residents are excellent; however, we were sold a dream of amenities (retail town center, restaurants, clubhouse, pool, fishing docks, tennis courts, trails, etc.) that have yet to break ground since we built our home 4 years ago. The HOA's were recently reduced in January 2018 from $180/month to $135/month because the developer, TerraForge Communities, knew they were in the wrong for their lack of communication, lack of amenities, and false advertisements through their builders (HHHunt & Eastwood Homes). If you plan to buy/build in this neighborhood, be thorough in your research because some residents have been in the neighborhood for 9 years patiently waiting on the amenities they were promised.

We moved from Twin Hickory (Short Pump area) to here. The area is quiet and less traffic. Homes are cost effective and nicely built. Since the subdivision is slowly developing, buyers need to wait for amenities such as pool. It would be a good investment for a longer run.

This community has no amenities available for residents to enjoy. This desirable neighborhood boasts many beneficial amenities for its residents, including a luxurious community clubhouse, but has nothing and charges 180.00 HOA.
