Winston Park

Winston Park is a clean and green neighborhood in the established suburb of Palatine. Located just west of Downtown Palatine, this neighborhood is within walking distance or a short drive away from most of the town’s amenities, shops, and schools. Winston Park primarily features single-family homes built in the 1950s and 1960s, and the neighborhood itself is sandwiched between lush parks and lakes. Much like the rest of Palatine, homes in Winston Park vary in size and cost, though the cost tends to be in the very median of home prices in the suburb. While the area does feature a Metra station and a few bus lines, it is primarily a car-oriented suburb if regular commutes to Chicago are needed.
