Woodfield

The Woodfield HOA is in the process of having to purchase the clubhouse. I'm unable to get information about the $$$$ cost per household, or how much the increase in quarterly HOA dues will be. I've e-mail the president of the HOA without getting a response. It's difficult to purchase a home in this subdivision without this question being answered.

This community is wonderful. There are so many activities and social events. There is something for everyone. I would not love any where else.

We bought a villa in 2012 and spend the cold NY winters here. We love it. The HOA fees have actually gone down since the residents purchased the facility.(we no longer have to pay a management company). The homes, grounds and amenities are immaculate and beautiful. The people are very friendly and we have a lot of fun. There are many things to do and it is close to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend living here. FYI homes and villa HOA fee's are almost the same price. Which includes lawn maintenance,alarm system, homeowners insurance and a very nice Cable TV package.

I have been looking at homes here also. From what I've seen the rate is about $350 per month for the HOA dues. I am only considering detached homes so I am not sure what the rate is for the villas. I guess I should have my agent double check! Woodfield seems very nice. The grounds look well kept and the homes seem to be well maintained. It looks like homeowners here really care about the community.
